Young rapper from Connecticut, ANoyd has been putting in the work for last few years with the goal to become a respected spitter.

The 22 year old rapper raised eyebrows when he rapped an insane freestyle on Funkmaster Flex’s show back in 2016. He’s now prepping the release of his new project titled Blame It On Jay Z which is releasing on February 23rd. After dropping a freestyle over Hov’s ‘Family Fued‘, he’s giving HHNM the green light to post the brand new single ‘Just A Fan’ today which you can stream below.

On the song, ANoyd raps about everything that is wrong in the industry today — from ghostwriting becoming acceptable in the culture to some artists making being a druggie cool. It’s surely worth a listen.

“Blame it on Jay Z is my generation’s 4:44. Where Jay may have missed on where to connect to the youth of my age group, I followed up, consciously to some degree. ‘JUST A FAN’ in particular is me speaking as a fan of the culture, and just highlighting certain things I feel should be brought to light and addressed,” says ANoyd. “It’s me giving my honest opinion on the state of Hip-Hop and even some of our shortcomings as human beings, myself included. Some of my content on this project is very direct and how I feel, but never to be taken as a diss or shot to any one person, but just my take on what I feel solely, and unapologetically..and if it does make you feel any kind of way, just Blame It On JayZ,” he continued.
